You may have noticed that ALL the City Council candidates responded positively to questions about a dog beach. We feel that some of these dog-friendly attitudes have been encouraged and nurtured by the efforts of UTB dog lovers.

Sunday Oct. 17 - Unleash the Beach President Georja Umano Jones presented Santa Monica City Council candidate Bobby Shriver with the organization's "Pick of the Litter" Award for his enthusiastic support.
